You can help change a child’s life
Our work at Home-Start Norfolk is heavily reliant on funding and on the support of our local community. As a charity we are responsible for raising the funds we need to deliver our vital family support service. It is a continual challenge for us to create a sustainable flow of funds and we need your help to secure the future of our services. The more money we raise, the more children we help.

The demand for Home-Start Norfolk’s service is ever growing. As families face the harsh realities of modern society, the need for specialised, non-judgemental and practical support is increasing. At any point we have approximately 70 families waiting to receive our services. We need your help to provide Home-Start Norfolk with the funds that will enable us to reach more families before they get to crisis point.
The first five years of a child’s life are crucial to a their development. The benefits of early intervention services are significant in the reduction of the need of acute services later on in a child’s life. Providing a child with the support they need to thrive, will help shape their future for the better.

Home-Start Norfolk’s ethos is to empower and enable, allowing families to develop self-resilience and increase confidence in coping with challenging situations and integrate within their own communities. Nurturing support is delivered by trained volunteers who provide compassionate, emotional, and practical help to families, overcoming barriers and improving lifelong outcomes for young children and their families.
